I've managed multi-million-dollar budgets, launched communities from the ground up, and helped businesses figure out what's working, what's not, and what to do about it.
A few years ago, I stepped into an operations role at a small firm. That's where everything clicked. Working inside a small business every day, I saw firsthand the challenges that so many owners face: wearing too many hats, trying to grow without a clear roadmap, and not having the time or bandwidth to step back and work on the business instead of in it.
So, I started New South.
I'm a Georgia girl at heart. The name is rooted in my Southern heritage and a deep belief in fresh starts. Our icon is the dogwood flower — a symbol of renewal, strength, and endurance. It blooms after the hardest winters. That's the spirit behind this business.
